A two-hour dose of nature per week boosts wellbeing

Did you know?

A new research from the University of Exeter is the first major study to confirm the impact of nature on our wellbeing.

A two-hour “dose” of nature a week significantly boosts health and wellbeing, the research suggests, even if you simply sit and enjoy the peace.

The finding is based on interviews with 20,000 people in England.

Whether it is a picnic, a walk, a run, or a yoga session, take the time to enjoy nature every week and leave the city. If you can’t, at least go to a park.

And remember to protect nature by only leaving footprints behind you! Easy! 😉
