Australian supermarkets Coles and Woolworths’ decided to stop offering single-use disposable plastic bags.

In only 3 months, the consequences are already huge! 
There has been an 80% drop in the consumption of plastic bags nationwide! This also prevented the introduction of an estimated 1.5bn bags into the environment.

This is great news, but remember you don’t need to wait for supermarkets to ban plastic bags. You can act now! Use reusable bags when shopping  and always say NO to single-use plastic ones. Easy!
