If you are a big meat consumer, try to reduce your consumption little by little. Why not try a meat-free day every week for example? This could be a first step!
If you already consume very little meat, try to reduce even more and find ways to replace meat and diary in your diet.
Change your diet progressively and you will see, there are some great recipes out there that do not require meat! It is just a matter of trying. The impact on the environment will be huge! Easy!
