How to make home made oat milk

Oat milk has one of the lowest footprint among plant-based milks. And it’s super easy to make! 🥛

Making your own oat milk will allow you to make some great savings and also reduce some packaging waste.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Ingredients: 1 cup of oats and 4 cups of water.
  2. Blend the oats and the water until it looks creamy and white.
  3. Drain the mix using an oat milk strainer bag (you can also use a clean t-shirt)

Some people like to rinse the oats first after soaking them in water for 30min.

If you want is sweetened, you can add a spoon of maple syrup or honey.

Enjoy 😉
