How to extract Aloe Vera gel from your plant?
You can buy Aloe Vera gel, but it is cheaper, more natural and zero waste to just extract it from your plant.
Just cut a leaf of you Aloe Vera plant and soak it overnight in a bowl of water. The water will turn red. It shows that aloin and iodin are extracted, which could be irritating for the skin.
The next day, peel the skin and remove the pulp our from the leaf.
Use a blender and mix the pulp. That’s it! You have Aloe Gel gel ๐
