Roast your pumpkin seeds for a delicious snack

Don’t throw away all the seeds from the pumpkins at Halloween.

Instead, use them to prepare roasted pumpkin seeds, and avoid any food waste.

1) Take the seeds from your pumpkin and rince them until they are clean.

2) Put them on a tray, and season them with the spices you like (salt, pepper, cumin, paprika…)

3) Spray some olive oil on top of the seeds.

4) Bake on the oven at 180°C / 350°F for around 10min until the seeds are roasted.

5) Let them cool, and enjoy! 😉
